Do you have any doubts or questions?
Here we have compiled the most important information to help you get started. If you still have questions that are not covered in this FAQ, write us an email at contact@unidanza.de and we will be glad to help.
When does UNiDANZA 2027 take place?
UNiDANZA 2027 takes place from 12 to 14 February 2027 in Hamburg, Germany. It will be a weekend full of workshops, activities and parties!
Which ticket should I get?
All ticket options for UNiDANZA 2027 are listed in our ticket shop above, each with what it includes and its price. If you are not sure which ticket fits you, write us at contact@unidanza.de.
Where do the workshops and parties take place?
The venues for UNiDANZA 2027 in Hamburg will be announced soon on our Location page.
Where can I sleep during the festival?
We recommend booking accommodation close to the workshop venue or, if you are only coming for the parties, close to the party location. We don’t have an agreement with a hotel for all participants, so we can’t recommend a specific place to stay.
Is my ticket personal?
Yes. Every ticket is issued in the name of its holder. At the entrance, please show your ticket (printed or on your phone) together with an official photo ID, such as an ID card, passport or driving licence. The name on your ID must match the name on the ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, with a name change. Buy a “Ticket Name Change” (EUR 10 per ticket) in our ticket shop no later than 15 days before the festival begins, and enter the ticket number plus the names and email addresses of the current and the new ticket holder. After we have checked it, the new ticket holder receives their new ticket by email and the old ticket becomes invalid. We will try to handle name changes bought after the deadline, but we cannot guarantee that they will be completed in time for the festival.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
UNiDANZA is a leisure event on fixed dates, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets. We can’t refund a ticket you can no longer use, but you can pass it on with a name change. If we cancel the festival, we refund the ticket price. All details are in our Refund Policy.
